2009 Kick-a-thon

The nineteenth annual KIA Kick-a-thon to benefit Make A Wish Foundation was held on June 6, 2009. Summer Black Belt Test Results

During the 2009 Summer Games, on June 20, Omar Vaentin from the Cleveland KI became the one hundred fifty first KIA black belts.  Mr. Valentin completed the entire weekend which included the seventy-five mile bike hike, a five mile run, and a ninety minute workout prior to performing his black belt test on Saturday.  Mr. [...]

On June 19, eighteen KI students embarked on the annual KI bike hike from Cleveland KI to Kelley’s Island.
