Grandmaster Praim had the help of Mr. Chuck Deslippe one of his black belts with over twenty years experience. The workout was attended by students from the Munson KI and Cleveland KI mostly senior belts and black belts.Grandmaster Praim took the group through many rigorous sparring drills . After each set he then asked if there were any questions ,which there usually were . After answering each question the group was back to work. The drills were definitely challenging some of them were with partners some without. One very fun one was standing against the wall while your partner tried to punch you and all you could do was block you were not allowed to leave your spot or there would be consequences. We did not find out what they were as we did not leave our posts. This was one of many drills we performed on this afternoon. After several Tang Soo Do self defense sets we were back to sparring. This time a circle was formed and one person stayed in the center until they fought all of the competitors. Then the next person stepped in to the ring . This was some hard ,fast and tough fighting going on . When it was all said and done everyone lined up and thank Grandmaster Praim and Mr. Deslippe for their time and knowledge. For those of you who were there I am sure you appreciated the workout I know I did and for those of you who did not make it what a shame . It was GREAT!
